Who's behind AI Beacon
The founder of AI Beacon. Builds bilingual sites and AI automations for Houston businesses that don't fit the agency mold.
AI Beacon is a one-person studio. We build websites, content, and AI-powered automations for bilingual small businesses in Houston — the kind that can't justify a full agency retainer but still need to compete online.
The most visible project we run is Cantábrico Spanish Catering — a Spanish catering business in Houston that reached page one on Google for its main search term with zero ad spend. Built bilingual from day one. Everything from site architecture to schema to the booking flow is what we bring to AI Beacon clients.
We work in English and Spanish with the same fluency — which matters when half of Houston's growth market is being served in only one language by every other agency in town.
If you want to see what we build, visit Cantábrico — it's a real working business, not a portfolio screenshot. If you want to talk about yours, email info@aibeacon.ai.
What we believe
- Bilingual isn't a feature; it's the foundation.
- Most "AI tools" are gadgets. Real AI work compounds.
- A small business deserves the same quality stack as a Fortune 500, just smaller-priced.
- Show, don't tell. Cantábrico is the proof.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with businesses outside Houston?
Yes. Most of our delivery is remote across the United States. We are based in Houston, TX, and serve clients nationally. We work in English and Spanish. The 30-minute discovery call is via video — you do not need to be in Houston.
What is the minimum project size?
$3,500 USD. Most projects come in between $3,500 and $25,000 depending on the number of integrations and the complexity of the work. We do not bill hourly — every project is scoped with a fixed price before any commitment.
Do you provide ongoing support after the project ends?
We document the work so your team can keep running it without us. We do not engineer dependency on a retainer. If you want ongoing improvements, we scope follow-on projects individually — no fixed retainer minimum. Clients typically run the initial build themselves for a while before deciding whether a second project is worth scoping.
How long does a typical project take?
The first working automation ships 3 to 5 weeks from kickoff. Week 1 is discovery and scope. Weeks 2 to 3 are the build. Week 4 is integration and testing with your real data. Week 5 is training and runbook documentation. Some builds compress to 3 weeks; some need a full 5. We name the timeline up front. The engagement itself usually runs 3 to 6 months, because most clients scope a second and third automation once the first one is running.
Do you work with my existing software, or do I need to switch tools?
We work with what you already have. ERPs, CRMs, spreadsheets, internal tools — we connect to your existing stack. The "rip and replace" approach is what other AI agencies sell because it bills more, but it usually fails for small businesses. Our positioning is the opposite: keep your stack, add AI where it helps.
Do you do consultations in Spanish?
Yes. We are bilingual end to end — discovery, deliverables, training, and runbook documentation are all delivered in English or Spanish, your choice. Mixed teams (Spanish-speaking operators, English-speaking leadership) are a common pattern in our client base. The 30-minute discovery call can be in either language.
What if I do not know whether AI is the right solution for my problem?
The discovery call exists for that. If we determine AI is not the right tool, we say so directly and either suggest a non-AI fix or refer you elsewhere. We have declined projects where the better answer was "buy this $50/month SaaS tool" or "talk to a bookkeeper, not an AI consultant." There is no obligation after the call.
When was AI Beacon founded and how many clients have you worked with?
AI Beacon was founded in Houston in January 2025. As of August 2026, 8 clients have been served across industries including steel service centers, manufacturing, catering, professional services, physicians, and in-house marketing teams at SMBs. Bilingual delivery in English and Spanish from day one.
